Shipping policy

We aim to despatch all orders placed before 2pm, the same day. If placed on a weekend, we aim for next working day fulfilment. Please be advised that there will be moments of high volume meaning the team will not be able to fulfil the same day despatch. We are ever expanding our team to meet demand.

Black Friday Sale: We are seeing large unexpected volumes of orders daily and are facing slight fulfilment delays. Rest assured all orders are sent on 24 hour tracked shipments, however please expect some delays in fulfilment speed as the team do their absolute best to get your orders with you asap.

Resends: If you use an incorrect address and require re-shipment, we will pass on all involved billing received. We will have to await for returned goods to arrive at the warehouse, get it relabelled and reshipped, so please allow 24 hours for this.

Refunds: If you are returning goods due to damages or product issues, the return fee will be covered. If you are needing to return goods to your your own error, whether it be ordering incorrect products, over-ordering - there will be a deductible £4 return fee at time of return
